2nd Amendment

2nd Amendment

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

The second amendment articulates the importance of the people to keep and bear arms in that the right SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED. The framers of our Constitution firmly understood that the right to keep arms was to check the government. The right belongs to an individual, is absolute, and I will not allow it to be abrogated by the federal government.

I will work relentlessly, for every citizen of the 4th District, to protect the inherent right as Americans of these United States to maintain the ultimate check on tyranny as an armed population.
